The front porch at the house. Sam pulled out all the decor and had a great time creating a mood with the kids. That tree to the left side of the frame was so red that it startled me a few times.
The cat is an Alley Cat. It sings these sad lyrics:
“I’m just an alley cat, with an alley life. I roam from town to town, with no relief in sight. All I want is to be left alone, to wander on my own, but why do I always feel like I’m in a danger zone? I always feel like – sombody’s watching me – and I get no privacy.”

Each year I dread the pumpkin carving. I’m in charge of the grunt work of cleaning out the pumpkin guts and finishing off the leftovere carvings the kids can’t finish with their weak hands. This year I tried a new tool: a drywall saw. It was a joy to use, the pumpkins are no match for it’s ripping teeth.

Grace wanted a sad pumpkin.

Every year the Haloween sky in Boise is amazing. This year kept the streak alive.

You probably wouldn’t notice Davis in the back if not for his sword lifted high above his head.

The joker and his butler.

Their dad told me that he would be in the photo as the invisible man.

A rare photo of myself in the blog. Luckily I have all these beautiful people surrounding me to bouy me up.
