Pacific Beach California is a neighborhood set next to a cliffs edge in San Diego. It is some of the most choice land in the area. The structures that occupy the land confuse me because of their condition. Why is this? Why is the area in this state? SoCal is so expensive to live in. The properties have such inflated prices why would a place as beautiful and accessible be so run down? Does anyone know the answer to this question?
Texture is always a welcome element to a photograph. These homes have plenty of texture. There is a certain flavor to the attitude of the area. That flavor is anything goes.
Zach and I were down shooting some commercials for Seize the Job and he patiently walked around a few blocks with my Rolleiflex and I.
Thanks Zach!
